How to verify my corporate account? Which corporate documents shall be submitted?

To onboard a company on Kaiserex, all corporate entities must complete KYB via Ondato:

1. Business Registration

• Certificate of Incorporation or equivalent.

2. Directors & UBOs

• Valid government-issued ID (passport, national ID).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) dated within 3 months.

3. Corporate Structure

• Shareholder registry or chart showing ultimate beneficial owners.

4. Additional Documents

• Articles of Association or bylaws.
• Recent financial statement (if requested).

Upload all files in PDF or JPG format (max 5 MB each). Once submitted, our AML team reviews and typically responds via email within 1–3 business days.
