How do I complete Ondato verification?

Ondato handles both individual and corporate KYC/KYB:

1. Start Verification

• Click “Verify Account” in your Kaiserex dashboard.

2. Follow In-App Prompts

• Upload documents as requested (ID, proof of address, corporate docs).
• Complete a biometric selfie check.

3. Wait for Review

• Our AML team reviews within 1–3 business days.

4. Receive Confirmation

• You’ll get an email notification when verification is approved or if more info is needed.

If Ondato requests additional documents, upload them promptly to avoid delays.
