How to withdraw to a bank (EUR)

You can withdraw EUR via SEPA transfer to your verified bank account.

How to initiate a bank withdrawal:

• Log in to your Kaiserex account.
• Navigate to the Wallet or Withdraw section.
• Select Fiat (EUR) and enter:
  Your IBAN
  Recipient name (must match your account name)
  Withdrawal amount
• Confirm with your 2FA code.

Processing time:

• Withdrawals require manual approval by our administrator.
• If submitted Mon–Fri, 10:00–18:00 (GMT+3):
  • Typically processed within 15–30 minutes.
  • Funds usually arrive same business day.
• Requests after hours or weekends are handled next working day.

Notes:

• Ensure your verification is complete and bank details are correct.
