Here’s how to fund your account via a SEPA bank transfer.

Step-by-step instructions:

• Log in to your Kaiserex account.
• Navigate to the Wallet or Deposit section.
• Choose Fiat (EUR) as your deposit method.
• You will be shown bank account details (IBAN, recipient name, reference code).
• Initiate a SEPA transfer from your personal or company bank account.

Important: Always include the provided reference/message when sending the payment.

Deposit processing time:

• Business hours (Mon–Fri, 10:00–18:00 GMT+3): Deposits are typically credited within 1 business day.
• Some banks (e.g., Satchel, Revolut) may take up to 1 full day.
• Rare cases may take up to 3 business days, depending on bank policies.

Notes:

• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. Use an account in your name.
• Make sure your KYC verification is complete—funds won’t be credited otherwise.
