How to reset 2FA if you lost your device

If you’ve lost access to your 2FA device or app, you can request a reset.

Steps to reset 2FA:

  1. On the login page, click “Reset 2FA”.
  2. Enter your registered email address.
  3. Briefly explain why you're requesting the reset (e.g., “lost phone,” “new device”).
  4. Support will review your request and may ask for identity verification.

For your protection:

  • 2FA reset requests are manually reviewed by our team.
  • You may be asked to submit a selfie with ID or similar verification to prevent unauthorized access.
